- Quotes are EXCLUSIVE of VAT unless specifically stated.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specifically stated.
- Standrd lead time is 5-8 working days.
- Express service is subject to an express fee and is dependant on availability.
- Artwork is chargeable at a rate of £35 per hour - We will always let you know if the supplied artwork is unusable. To see our artwork requirements click here.

- All embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches required so the more specific you can be with artwork and dimensions the more accurate we can be when providing a quote. An idea of general price for custom designs can be found HERE
- Delivery is available for an extra cost, we use Royal Mail and CMS couriers for overnight delivery. Alternately you may collect from our facility at 605 Garratt Lane, London SW18 4SU.
- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- Returns & cancelations: Items with custom embroidery or print can not be returned unless there is a fault in either the garment or the application of decorations. We supply scans and photographs for you to confirm accuracy, quality and positioning of any print or embroidery. Sign off is required by the customer before we proceed and is taken as acceptance of these conditions.
- If you do have a problem with any order or item you must notify us with FIVE DAYS of receiving the items. We will always respond within 48 hours. Either e-mail us: hello@londonstitch.com or telephone 0208 946 2315 or 07883 103045.
